If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund if returned within 30 days of shipment.
CD Return Policy
CD's purchased from Child Support Solutions can be returned within 30 days of shipment via our Returns Center. CD's must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
Defective CD's will be exchanged for the same CD title.
Simply contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
We will reply to the email with an RMA number and instructions on how to send the items back top us.
Defective Books will be exchanged for the same title.
