*Teleconference registrants will receive confirmation of registration within 24 hours by email if you have an email address. Or by telephone within 2 business days. Registrants will also receive a listing of teleconferences scheduled for the next 30 days. Each teleconference is repeated several times during each 30 day period, during the morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends. Single book purchases can be made by clicking onto the links tab and visiting our CSS online store, or by calling us directly. Bulk book purchases MUST be called in to our office for the best discount. Books can be customized with your company or organization name and corporate identity. Once the clients' application has been reviewed, if it has been determined by CSS that the client has chosen the teleconference that is not best for them, they will be contacted and offered an opportunity to schedule one that is best suited.
